CHERRY SALAD SUPREME 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cherry gelatin
3 c. boiling water
1 can cherry pie filling

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add pie filling and pour into 8 x 12 or 9 x 13-inch pan and chill until set.

TOPPING:

10 big marshmallows or 2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. milk
3 oz. softened cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping

Heat marshmallows and milk in double boiler or microwave; stir to blend. Cool. Beat cream cheese and add marshmallow mixture. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on gelatin and chill.

Serves 12 to 15.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
