CHERRY SALAD SUPREME | |
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cherry gelatin 3 c. boiling water 1 can cherry pie filling Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add pie filling and pour into 8 x 12 or 9 x 13-inch pan and chill until set. TOPPING: 10 big marshmallows or 2 c. miniature marshmallows 1/4 c. milk 3 oz. softened cream cheese 1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping Heat marshmallows and milk in double boiler or microwave; stir to blend. Cool. Beat cream cheese and add marshmallow mixture. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on gelatin and chill. Serves 12 to 15. |
