ORANGE JUICE SALAD 
1 1/2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter melted

Combine above together and press into 9 x 13 inch pan, saving 1/2 cup.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (6 oz.) frozen orange juice, thawed
1 can Eagle Brand milk

Combine above and pour over crust. Sprinkle with saved crust. Cover and freeze. Cut into squares and serve. Keep frozen until served as it will melt like ice cream.
