SUNRISE JUICE SHAKE 
3/4 c. pineapple juice, orange juice, or apricot nectar
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned), uncooked
1 med. ripe banana, sliced
Dash of cinnamon
3 or 4 ice cubes

Place all ingredients in blender container or food processor bowl; cover. Blend or process on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth. Serve immediately. 2 servings.
