2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
2 sm. jars plum baby food

Mix sugar and oil, add eggs, one at a time. Add baby food and vanilla. Then add dry ingredients. Beat until smooth. Bake one hour at 350 degrees in tube pan.

Glaze if desired: 1 cup powdered sugar and juice of one or two lemons. Drizzle over cake while hot.
