2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

3 sm. jars apricot baby food
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. ground nuts

Beat with a large spoon or mixer. Pour into greased pan and bake for 1 hour in a 350 degree oven, 9 x 13 inch pan.

ICING:

3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat well, cover with warm cake, sprinkle top with ground nuts or coconut.
