2 c. sugar
2 c. self rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 plum or apricot lg. jar of baby food
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
1 c. oil

Measure dry ingredients and sift well. Add oil and eggs one at a time. Beat until smooth and creamy. Fold in baby food and nuts. Bake in bundt cake pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
