ORANGE APRICOT RING 
2 (1 lb.) can apricot halves (4 c.)
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
Dash of salt
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (7 oz.) bottle carbonated beverage

Drain apricots reserving 1 1/2 cups syrup, puree apricots in blender (2 cups). Combine reserved syrup and gelatin. Add salt; heat to boiling stirring to dissolve gelatin. Remove from heat. Add apricots puree, orange concentrate and lemon juice. Stir. Slowly pour beverage down sides of pan. Mix gently. Pour in 6 1/2 cups mold. Chill 6 hours.
