SANDWICH SPREAD 
12 red mangoes
12 green mangoes
2 lg. onions
2 tsp. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 qt. mayonnaise

Grind mangoes and onion and cover with water for 5 minutes. Drain and squeeze. Then add next 6 ingredients and cook for 10 minutes. Then add mayonnaise and cook until it boils. Put in jars and seal.
