GOLDEN CREAM (CHEESE) SOUP 
3 c. grated potatoes
1 c. water (or more)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour (optional)
1/2 lb. Velveeta or other cheese
1 chicken bouillon cube

In large saucepan, combine all ingredients except flour, milk, cheese, and cook until tender. Add milk and flour, cook until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted.
