5 whole deboned breasts
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or 2 fresh heads
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown chicken in hot oil, simmer until tender. Cook broccoli, arrange it in 9x13x2 inch baking dish.

Place cream cheese, milk, Cheddar cheese and seasonings in a blender. Blend until smooth. Put chicken on top of broccoli in dish. Pour cheese mixture over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes until bubbly. 10 servings.
