SWISS STEAK 
1 round steak, cut into pieces
1/4 c. salad oil
Flour
1 pkg. dry onion soup

Turn steak in flour and brown in skillet. Place into baking dish and pour dry soup and water over steak. Cover pan and bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with rice or potatoes. Gravy may need to be thickened before serving. Thicken with flour and water mixed together over stove burner.
