ROLLED FILLETS WITH SHRIMP 
4 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 onion, minced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
10 cooked shrimp
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. chopped parsley and chives
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 fillets

Melt butter, add garlic and onion. Saute. Add green pepper, chopped shrimp, crumbs, herbs and seasonings. Place 2 tablespoon of mixture on each fillet. Roll up to enclose.

Heat dish with 2 tablespoons butter in 350 degree oven. When butter is melted roll fillets in butter and place close together. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Test to be sure fillets are cooked through. Serve with cream sauce, garnished with shrimp. 4 servings.
