BETHANY'S BEST BROWNIES 
6 oz. chocolate, melted
2 eggs
6 oz. yogurt (your choice)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave safe container. Set aside to cool slightly.

In a bowl mix together eggs, yogurt, vanilla and sugar until light and slightly frothy. Slowly fold in the cooled chocolate.

In a separate bowl combine cocoa and flour. In batches mix the cocoa mixture into the egg mixture. Stir in chopped nuts, if desired. Pour into a greased or parchment lined 9x13-inch baking pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
