1/2 c. cooking oil
2-1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1-1/2 c. sugar
1-1/4 c. milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix oil, sugar, and eggs together. Add the dry ingredients, vanilla and milk and mix until smooth. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
