FROZEN CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs, separated
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. cream, whipped
1 c. graham crackers, crushed

Cream sugar and cheese. Beat egg yolks; add salt and vanilla. Add this to sugar mixture. Fold in whipped cream and beaten egg whites. Butter an 8"x8" pan, put half of graham cracker crumbs on bottom. Pour cream cheese mixture over crumbs. Put the other half of cracker crumbs over mixture. Keep frozen. Serve with strawberries, blueberries or alone.
