FROZEN MOCHA CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. chocolate cookie crumbs
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed sweetened milk
2/3 c. chocolate syrup
2 tbsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. hot water
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Butter pan. Pat crumbs in bottom and chill. Cream cream cheese, sweetened milk and chocolate syrup. Mix together coffee and water. Add to cream cheese. Fold in whipped cream and pour over crumbs. Cover and freeze for 6 hours. Garnish with crumbs or chocolate curls.
