MOCHA CHEESE CAKE 
1 1/4 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2/3 c. chocolate syrup
2 tbsp. instant coffee
2 tbsp. hot water
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter. Pat in 9 inch pie plate on bottom and sides. Chill. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk and chocolate syrup. Dissolve coffee in hot water; add to mixture; mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust, cover and freeze 6 hours.
