FAMILY STYLE LUMBERJACK EGGS
This has been a Sunday morning tradition in my family for over 49 years. My grandfather started it back in the day! You can change it up if you like. This is just how it's been done as far as I can remember.

5-6 large eggs
3-4 breakfast sausage, cubed (restaurant style patties)
5-6 strips of bacon, diced
1/2 cup diced ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
small onion
5-6 potatoes
green pepper
paprika
salt and pepper, to taste

Peal, wash, and cut potatoes into 1/4-inch pieces. Chop small onion and green pepper and add to potatoes. Lightly season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss all ingredients together in a bowl and fry in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Combine sausage, bacon, and ham and cook until done. When meat is finished cooking, drain excess grease and place back on med-high heat. Scramble eggs and add to pan. Stir all ingredients together. Salt and pepper to taste. Keep stirring mixture until eggs are done. Add cheese and stir until melted.

Once cheese is melted serve family style on platter with potatoes on the side.

Note: You can also mix potatoes with eggs if you like.

Sliced tomatoes on the side - and lock the door. Better than steak.
