TEXAS STYLE DEVILED "EGGS" (STUFFED PEPPERS) | |
1 large can whole pickled jalapenos (drained reserving some liquid) 1 pkg cream cheese (8 oz) 1 5-6 oz can tuna in water (drained) Worcestershire sauce garlic powder Cajun seasonings paprika Drain peppers reserving a couple of tablespoons of liquid. Slice peppers lengthwise, remove seeds and stems and let dry on paper towel. In a bowl mash the drained tuna, cream cheese, reserved liquid from peppers, garlic powder, couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce, and Cajun seasonings. Spoon tuna/cheese mixture into sliced jalapeno peppers. Sprinkle with paprika and enjoy! Submitted by: Beth haire |
