OKRA AND TOMATOES 
1 lb. fresh okra
1 can tomatoes
1 lg. onion (chopped)
2 tsp. garlic salt
3 tsp. green pepper (chopped)
2 tsp. parsley, cut fine
salt and pepper (to own taste)

Cut okra ends off, and cut okra up. Wash and drain well. Saute onions which have been cut fine, green peppers cut fine and parsley in cooking oil of your choice. Place in frying pan. Brown lightly. Place cut okra and open can of tomatoes in frying pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook slowly until done. Add 2/3 cups water to keep from drying.

Serve and enjoy if you like okra.
