3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs, beaten
1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 stick butter

Blend all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees until firm, approximately 45 minutes. A knife into the center should come out clean. Serves 4.
