EASY NACHOS (PARTY SIZE) | |
Great tasting! 5 lb. ground chuck beef 1 medium onion, chopped 8 (15 oz. ea.) jars mild or hot salsa 2 (2 lb. ea.) boxes Velveeta cheese, cubed 8 (16 oz. ea.) bags tortilla chips SUGGESTED TOPPINGS (OPTIONAL): 2 (15 oz. ea.) cans sliced black olives, drained 4 (16 oz ea.) tubs dairy sour cream jalapenos, diced green chilis, diced Brown 5 pounds chuck beef in big pot with chopped onion. Drain grease from pot. Turn heat down to medium. Add all the salsa and cube all the Velveeta for easier melting. Stir until all the cheese is melted.
