4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butter
13 oz. milk chocolate, cut up
12 oz. semi-sweet morsels
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. milk
25 lg. marshmallows, cut up

Boil milk, sugar, vanilla and butter for 2 minutes, stirring. Turn off heat and add marshmallows, stir until melted. Add the 3 kinds of chocolate one at a time until melted. Add nuts. Pour into greased pan. Makes 5 pounds.
