POTATO PUFFS 
2 c. mashed potatoes (leftover)
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients. Drop by tablespoon in hot grease. Fry until brown. Drain on paper towel. Serve hot and with ketchup.
