POTATOES GOURMET 
6 med. potatoes, cooked and grated
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
6-8 green onions
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine all ingredients. Spoon into 2 quart casserole dish. Pour butter over ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes until brown.
