CHOCOLATE DROP COOKIES 
2 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 sq. chocolate, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Sift flour once, measure. Add soda, salt and sift twice. Cream butter. Add sugar gradually and cream until fluffy. Add egg; beat well. Add chocolate and blend. Add flour alternately with milk, small amount at a time. Beat after each addition. Add vanilla and nuts.

Drop by teaspoon on greased baking sheet and bake in oven at 350 degrees about 7 minutes. Frost with chocolate butter frosting placing a half walnut on top. Makes 50 cookies.
