MINIATURE CHEESE LOAVES 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 can vegetable soup
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic (optional)
American OR Mozzarella cheese
1 can Golden Mushroom OR spaghetti sauce
Milk

Mix meat, oatmeal, soup and milk. Let set for 10 minutes. Add onions and herbs and mix well. Chill. Divide into 12-24 portions. Shape each piece around a piece of cheese into a small loaf. Place in a baking dish and pour 1 can of soup or sauce over the loaves. Add milk to thin soup if desired. You can freeze these on a cookie sheet and bag them to cook later, or bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until done.
