ONE PAN NOODLE STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 oz. medium noodles, uncooked
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. snipped parsley

Brown beef, onions, and garlic. Drain off fat. Drain mushrooms, saving liquid. Add liquid, broth, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to skillet. Stir in uncooked noodles. Cover and simmer 12-15 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir in sour cream and mushrooms. Cook and stir until heated through. Do not boil. Top with snipped parsley. Serves 6.
