KRAUT CASSEROLE | |
5 c. raw potatoes, sliced 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 lg. can sauerkraut, drained 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 can water Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer potatoes in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Brown beef and onion with salt to season. Place hamburger over potatoes. Cover the hamburger with sauerkraut. Combine soups with water and spread over casserole. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until potatoes are tender. |
