BLUEBERRY COBBLER 
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Make 2 large pie pastries. Place pie crust in 8 1/2 x 8 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish. Save remainder for top.

Mix together:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Lightly toss above dry ingredients with 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries. pour onto pie shell. Place dots of butter (about 3-4 tablespoons) on top of berries. Sprinkle 1 tablespoons lemon juice on top. Top with lattice pastry. Bake at 400 degrees about 30 minutes or until crust is golden. Your guests will ask for more!
