PIZZA DOUGH BREAD IN 1 HOUR 
1 c. scalded milk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1 c. warm water
5 1/4 c. flour
1 pkg. dry yeast

Scald milk; let cool. Put yeast in warm water. Add and mix oil, salt, milk, flour and knead. Let rise to double the size. Punch down; let rise again and punch down.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Ready to add toppings of your own choice. Bake again for another 15 minutes.
