BLUEBERRY/PEACH PIE 
4 peaches (about 2 lbs.)
1 1/3 c. blueberries (use "wild" flavorful ones)
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. flour

Peel and slice peaches and mix it all together. Put into crust lined 9 inch pie plate. Cover with crust and seal edges. Slit top for steam to escape. Put in 425 degree preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, until golden brown. Very important to preheat oven!
