BAKED CHICKEN IN CRANBERRY SAUCE 
1 cut up frying chicken
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1 jar French dressing (dark)
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Lay chicken pieces on bottom of pan. Mix the cranberry sauce and French dressing. Pour over the chicken. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top. Cover tightly. Bake 350 degrees for 2 hours, or until meat is tender.

I add two cans of mandarin oranges drained to the recipe. works well with pork also. Always a hit with guests
