ITALIAN SPAGHETTI 
1 can (46 oz.) tomato juice
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 tbsp. oregano
2 cloves garlic
Salt
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. Romano cheese
3/4 lb. pork, 3/4 lb. veal
Oil

Dice meat and brown lightly. Add diced garlic, salt and pepper. Add tomato ingredients and oregano. Cook at least 3 hours. Add water if necessary. Just before serving grate 3/4 cup Romano cheese and add to tomato sauce.

MEATBALLS
3 lbs. ground beef
Salt and pepper
1 tsp. oregano
3/4 c. grated Romano cheese
1 egg
2 lg. onion, diced fine

Cook slowly and add to tomato sauce upon serving.
