TERI'S ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
Great served with spaghetti or toasted Italian hoagie buns w/ melted Mozzarella cheese!

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 lb. Italian ground sausage or ground pork
1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce (Hunts)
2 eggs
1 cup minced onion
1 cup minced green pepper
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt & pepper
6-8 slices Italian bread (crust removed), cut into small cubes and soaked in enough half & half to just wet bread and mash

Mix all ingredients well. Spray 24 coated muffin tins. Using a ice cream scoop, put into tins, should be 24.

Bake at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes.

Remove from tins immediately and put in a pot to simmer with your favorite spaghetti sauce. Simmer for about an hour.
