JALAPENO FUDGE 
1 jar jalapeno slices
1 lb. Alpine Lace non-fat cheddar cheese or 1 lb. Kraft Free cheese slices
1 lb. Alpine Lace non-fat Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. flour
2 Egg Beaters
1 can evaporated skim milk

Arrange grated or sliced cheeses into a baking dish, 9 1/2" x 11". Mix flour, Egg Beaters and skim milk. Pour mixture over the cheese. Arrange as many jalapeno peppers on top as you like. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Yields: Serves 24 to 30.

Per Serving:.5 gm fat; 94 calories; 8.75 gm protein; 7.8 mg cholesterol; 6.3 gm carbohydrates; 278 mg sodium.
