BUTTERSCOTCH FINGERS | |
1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick) 1 c. brown sugar 1 egg 1 c. flour (self-rising) 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. nuts, chopped Melt butter. Add brown sugar and mix until blended. Add egg and vanilla. Stir well. Stir in flour and nuts. Mixture will be stiff. Spread mixture into 9x9 greased pan. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 20-25 minutes. The mixture will pull away from the edge of the pan when done. |
