BUFFALO CHICKEN NUGGETS 
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes (4 halves)
1-3 tsp. liquid red-pepper seasoning
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. salad oil, divided
2 tbsp. butter, divided

In large bowl combine chicken cubes and red-pepper seasoning. Let stand for 5 minutes, then drain. In a large plastic food-storage bag, combine flour, salt, and paprika. Add chicken and toss until well coated. Remove chicken from bag and shake gently to remove excess flour.
