NOODLE SPINACH CASSEROLE 
4 oz. noodles
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped spinach
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 c. milk
1/2 Gruyere cheese, grated

Cook and drain noodles, then cook and drain spinach. Make white sauce with butter, flour, salt, paprika, pepper, and milk. Remove from heat and stir in spinach. Grease a 8 x 12 x 2 inch pan. Layer half of the noodles, half of the cheese, all of the spinach white sauce, the remaining half of noodles, and the remaining cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
