LEMON PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. lemon juice
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. butter
1 9" baked pie shell

Beat egg yolks in top of double boiler. Gradually stir in sugar, flour, salt, water and lemon juice. Cook in double boiler until mixture thickens, then add butter. Cool and pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue and brown slightly in 325 degree oven.
