CHOCOLATE - FILLED MARSHMALLOW

6 c. puffed rice
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. chunk-style peanut butter
32 lg. marshmallows
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Heat puffed rice in shallow pan in preheated oven at 350 degrees about 10 minutes. Pour into large, greased bowl. Combine butter, peanut butter, and marshmallows in top of double boiler. Heat over hot, not boiling, water until melted. Stir occasionally. Pour over puffed rice, stirring until all kernels are evenly coated. Firmly press half of mixture into greased 7 x 11 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Place in preheated 350 degree oven 2 to 3 minutes or until chocolate is softened.

Remove from oven; spread chocolate with spatula. Press remaining puffed rice mixture over chocolate. Cool; cut into bars.
