1 lg. pkg. softened cream cheese
1 beaten egg
3/4 stick soft butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can drained crushed pineapple
1 carton Cool Whip

Combine cream cheese, egg, and butter. Mix in powdered sugar, vanilla, and 1 cup crushed pineapple. Pour in baked pie shell. Top with Cool Whip after mixing in 1/2 cup crushed pineapple. Add chopped pecans (optional). Refrigerate.
