IOWA HAM BALLS 
3 1/2 lb. ground ham
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
3 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 c. tomato soup, undiluted
3/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. catsup
1 1/2 c. brown sugar

Combine first five ingredients. Using 1/4 cup measure, shape into balls. Place in two shallow pans. Combine vinegar, water, catsup, brown sugar, and pour over balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, basting frequently with sauce. Makes 40 ham balls.
