APPLE CRUNCH SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. apple juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. diced, peeled apple
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add apple juice and cinnamon and chill until semi thick. Fold in apple, celery and nuts. Chill until firm.
