OATMEAL BRAN MUFFINS 
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. bran cereal
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. molasses
1/4. firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/4 c. oatmeal, uncooked
3/4 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine milk and bran in medium sized mixing bowl. Add oil, molasses, brown sugar and egg; mix well. Add combined oats and dry ingredients to bran mixture. Mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill 12 greased medium muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake in preheated hot oven at 400 degrees about 15 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
