BLUEBERRY SWIRL | |
3/4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries 2 sm. ripe bananas, peeled and sliced 1 c. low fat cottage cheese 1 tbsp. sugar (optional) Freeze blueberries and bananas. Place cottage cheese in blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Add berries, bananas and sugar. Blend again until smooth. Cover and chill until served. Makes 4 servings at 120 calories each. |
