SLIMMING CARROT AND APPLE SALAD 
1 lb. carrots
2 med. apples
8 red radishes
1/4 c. raisins
5 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 oil
Juice of 2 lemons
2/3 c. plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Peel carrots and cook in salt water for 10 minutes. Cool and slice thin. Peel apples and quarter, then slice thin. Wash and thinly slice radishes. Toss carrots, apples, radishes, and raisins. Mix all other ingredients; pour over salad. Toss well. Chill for at least 20 minutes. Makes 4 (150 calorie) servings.
