APPLE SALAD 
2 Granny Smith apples, cut fine
1/4 c. raisins
3 stalks celery, cut fine
2 tbsp. sunflower seeds
7 oz. pineapple chunks, drained

DRESSING:

1/4 c. light mayonnaise
2 tbsp. orange juice
1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
2 tsp. sugar

In mixing bowl, combine apples, raisins, celery, sunflower seeds and pineapple chunks. In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, orange juice, yogurt and sugar. Pour over fruit. Refrigerate. Makes 4 servings.
