GENE'S HASH 
15 to 16 lbs. beef (beef bones)
5 lbs. pork
15 onions
1 tbsp. red pepper
Pinch sage
1 tbsp. garlic
1 tbsp. pepper
2 lbs. butter (Land 'O Lakes)
3 tbsp. salt (last)

Cook meat. Dip out and debone. Put meat back into water and add onions. Add other ingredients add salt.
