HASHED BROWN POTATOES 
1/2 lb. salt pork, diced
2 c. diced cooked potatoes
Salt
Pepper

Fry salt pork until there is 1/2 cup fat. Remove the pork scraps and mix fat with the potatoes, salt and pepper. Fry for 3 minutes, stirring constantly until brown. Fold like an omelette and serve at once. 6 servings.
